Paediatric dispensing is a learned and perfected skill – it’s not just about ‘a pair of spectacles’.
When managing children, optometrists need to consider many factors, including what is being dispensed and the desired function of the spectacles.
This CPD course discusses the paediatric dispensing journey, examining the end goals of successful wear and the emotions of parent and child. It also addresses the question of when to start thinking about fashion.
